Tiffany & Co ‘Notes Alphabet Disc Charm Pendant in J’ – $75.00

For approximately the last year, Taylor has been rarely — if ever — photographed without this simple, circular pendant necklace. Over the months I’ve been asked numerous times about it, but I’ve refrained from posting until I was completely sure.
