This was such an interesting and odd rewear. Taylor first stepped out in this shirt in 2009 ahead of a television show performance with Paul O’Grady. In the candid version outside the studio she wore a blazer over top and the effect was much more schoolgirl than the punk-esque look seen here in the IKYWT. music video.

Maria Lucia Hohan ‘Sidonie Maxi Gown’ – no longer available

How adorable and sweet was the video for “Begin Again”? And how stunning was the fashion from the music video?

Taylor looked like some sort of Parisian goddess in this flowing gown by Maria Lucia Hohan. You may remember that she wore the shortened version of this dress earlier this year to the Teen Choice Awards.

ModCloth ‘On Your Way Skirt’ – no longer available

For a lot of you, this is one of your favourite Taylor candid ensembles. For me, this outfit carries a lot of special memories as owner of this site. It was my first complete head-to-toe identification done by myself. 

I still remember the pride I felt when I found the Marc Jacobs heels she wears here.

This on the other hand I can viscerally remember identifying. And, as the caption states, it was the first outfit I had found head to toe on my own. I remember the Marc Jacobs heels, in particular, being difficult to track down. 

Beyond nostalgia and being sentimental, I’ll always love this outfit for its fun colour combination — one of the things I admire most about Taylor’s style is her ability to combine interesting colours and pull it off with aplomb.

Nothing excites me more than Taylor photo shoots because it’s like seeing Taylor play out the character and personality of a fashion director’s imagination.

In this case, Joe Zee’s vision was of an ultra mod 60s go-go girl. The styling for this shoot is like a haute couture Nylon-girl and I think it really suits Taylor’s willowy frame and doe eyes. 

Taylor made this look more demure and less voyeur by adding a nude slip underneath.
