Isolà ‘Talen Bootie’ – $159.95

In addition to a new bag, Taylor also debuted a fabulous pair of ankle booties by Isolà. I love the wrapping feature of the straps on the back of the heel!

Jimmy Choo ‘Fauna Peep Toe Booties’ – $1250.00

Big points to Taylor for switching it up and opting for these nude suede and lace peep toe booties by her favoured shoe brand instead of a simple pair of pumps or slingbacks like she usually goes for.

That being said, I don’t think that these booties were necessarily the best choice with this dress.

Given how much love this designer gets by the fandom, I feel like this is one of her least talked about moments in Elie Saab. Perhaps it was the hair or the odd styling with these booties that caused it go out of favour.

Stuart Weitzman ‘Gran Boot’ – $455.00 (no longer available)

Taylor spends most of her time on tour in a pair of Stuart Weitzmans,
wearing four different styles of the brand throughout her 11 costume
change. 

However, she relies on the sturdiness of her five customized 4″ ‘Gran’ boots the most.

Whether it’s during the opening number “Welcome To New York” (all the way through to “Blank Space”, “I Knew You Were Trouble.”, “I Wish You Would” and “Out Of the Woods”) or her closing performance of “Shake It Off”, Taylor gets a thorough use out of these hardworking boots.

Rag & Bone ‘Newbury Bootie’ – $495.00

Worn with: Ray-Ban Wayfarers, Ralph Lauren turtleneck and Dolce & Gabbana bag

Taylor arrived at LAX Airport today, no doubt on her way to London as she begins the European Leg of the RED Tour this weekend at the O2 Arena. As for her clothes …

I sense a really exciting trend! This is the third pair of heeled ankle boots Taylor has worn within just the last month. The first two pairs being her Frye ‘Courtney’ lace up boots and this eyecatching red pair of Rag & Bone ‘Harrow’ boots.

I think the heel aspect brings a more chic, mature aspect to Taylor’s style that I much prefer over her vintage-y oxford flats, casual Keds sneakers or ladylike kitten heels.

I couldn’t have a day dedicated to booties without shouting out to the Rag & Bone boots that started the ankle boot obsession in the first place. In 2014, Taylor wore a slew of bootie styles by R&B and went on to wear this particular style, Newbury, in multiple leather colourways. So much so they have their own dedicated tag.
