Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist Sandal in St Tropez’ – $398.00

If you know anything about TSS you know that I’ve been dying for Taylor to wear a pair of minimalist strappy sandals like the iconic Nudist sandal by SW for at least three years

And here she is in all its tri-coloured glory. I’m swooning. They’re better than I could have dreamed and perfectly coordinated to the rest of her outfit and the candy coated theme we’ve been expecting from TS7.

Blake Lively has also worn these heels.

Worn with: Rococo Sand top + skirt and Jennifer Meyer ring

Rococo Sand ‘Embellished Plissé Crop Top’ – $220.00 (off white)
Rococo Sand ‘Embellished Plissé Mini Skirt’ – $220.00 (off white)

Taylor stunned a crowd in Nashville wearing a beautiful and floaty off-the-shoulder set by Rococo Sand. Pictured is the same print in a dress. A version of the set can be seen here

I’m in love with the colour, the subtle additions of butterflies, and the breezy beachy silhouette. What I’m most intrigued by is the obvious nod to the 1989 era, which was a period in Taylor’s fashion career most defined by matching co-ord sets.

This post will be updated as I receive further information from the brand.

Stella McCartney ‘Falabella Dog Carrier’ – $2,060.00

When even The Ladies get a fashion upgrade this era. Abigail carried (presumably) Meredith and/or Olivia out of T’s apartment yesterday in a schmancy new pet carrier. Taylor herself happens to own this same style in backpack form. Matchy cuteness.

Taylor always has a very strong point of view; she’s really extraordinary in how she transforms herself constantly,” J. Mendel’s creative director Gilles Mendel told Page Six Style of working with the pop star.

“She always comes to me with an idea; in this case, the theme was pastel colors and soft tones. Luckily, my recent spring collection was very much about those tones, these beautiful pale citrus colors. So we started with my spring palette, and from there, we built up the dress. Taylor wanted a really ethereal, hand-pleated moment, which is something we’ve always done so well.

The primary challenge of creating Swift’s outfit? Since she was set to perform an acoustic set at the gala, she needed a way to ensure her arms would be free to strum her guitar and play the piano without being encumbered by extra fabric. And as it turns out, it was Swift herself who came up with the solution.

“That bolero didn’t come from me — it was her,” Mendel revealed. “She had the vision of having some sort of cover that would give it a different volume than just a basic dress. So we developed, with our Gilles Mendel touch, this little hand-pleated silk sleeved bolero cover that I thought came out really stunning.
