I kinda want Taylor to dye her hair dark now, she looks incredible in the WD video

taylorswiftstylequestions:

I think there have been a lot of theories floating around that the Album 6 look will be that Taylor will finally dye her hair. Considering how she said she would never cut her hair for so long and she finally did it, then has said she would never dye her hair … I think the next logical step would be to dye it drastically. Because growing it out long again would be been there/done that.

I’m just …

J Brand ‘811 Photo Ready Mid-Rise Skinny in Vanity’ – $185.00

Distinctive by its button design, Taylor wore a pair of jeans by J Brand. I think with this outfit a pair of slim black trousers may have worked better. The jeans and tee give it too much of a relaxed vibe while the bold red lip and glam choker say “party.”

Worn with: Erickson Beamon choker and Alexander Wang sandals

Swift’s personal style has, not surprisingly, matured over the course of her career, migrating from the early days of sundresses and, as she describes them, “bedazzled cowboy boots” to the vintage fifties vibe of a few years ago to the sleeker, street-conscious look she favors now. “I can look back at an old photo and tell you roughly what year it’s from,” Swift says. “Going through different phases is one of my favorite things about fashion. I love how it can mark the passage of time. It’s similar to my songs in that way—it all helps identify where I was at in different points of my life.

Theoretically, yes,” she says. “But I would want it to be something that was relatable and accessible and everyday. I don’t see it being couture. I would want it to be reflective of my style. And a lot of things I wear are not highly expensive.

Erickson Beamon ‘Geometry One Gold Plated Swarovski Choker’ – $1,150.00

The choker trend continues, this time in a more glam way with this swarvoski crystal choker from Erickson Beamon.

For me, this outfit is an extremely intriguing combination of glam, casual and slightly goth. While it may not be my personal style or the style I ultimately want Taylor to pursue, I cannot deny that I am loving the experimentation.
