The Swiftie universe is a vibe: Meet Taylor Swift’s biggest social media influencers
For more than 12 years, Sarah Chapelle has catalogued hundreds of pieces of Swift’s style. The fashion blogger can tell you the accessories, handbags, shoes, blouses, dresses, hats, jewelry, you name it the singer has worn in public.
She has the process meticulously figured out. Based on the fabric, the cut, the color, the stich or the hem, she can discern which items Swift is wearing. Chapelle posts screenshots and thoughtful anecdotes on her page and has amassed 200,000 followers on her Instagram page @taylorswiftstyled.
“As of late, she’s been wearing a lot of The Row,” she said, “which is the Olsen twins’ brand. But in terms of kind of her go-tos over a long period of time, she wears a lot of Reformation, a lot of Free People. One of the calling cards of Taylor’s fashion, I think, is her ability to mix high and low brands. So she’ll wear a pair of Christian Louboutin boots, but she’ll pair them with a dress from Aritzia.”
Chapelle’s fashion site, TaylorSwiftStyle.com, documents the looks, prices and brands. What makes it easier for Chapelle is Swift will repeat clothing or stick with familiar brands. You may think this fashionista has a lot of Swift’s exacts, but she only has a few including an Henri Bendel bag.
“I received it for Valentine’s Day,” she said. “It’s actually a convertible from a shoulder bag to a backpack.”

Gant ‘240 Mulberry Street Coat’ – coming soon
It’s always helpful (though a mild style faux pas) when Taylor leaves a label on to make identification a little bit easier. (Note that now is a great time to check – and remedy – if the label sleeves and tacking stitches on your coat vents are intact).
This particular navy coat comes from Gant’s Spring/Summer 2024 offerings (set for release in February) as part of their 240 Mulberry Street capsule collection. The brand so dubbed it as an homage to their creative headquarters in NYC, its storefront is also thoughtfully etched into the buttons of this coat.
A new-to-her brand, Taylor has been wearing a lot of Gant’s stunning coats as of late. This coat marks the second time she’s opted for something from their men’s line. It’s anticipated retail price will be about $800USD.
As always, I love when Taylor plays in sharp contrasts: Fabrics, proportions, price points. Here, it’s the interplay between sweet and girlish pieces like a white flouncy dress or schoolgirl-esque loafers with an oversized literally borrowed-from-the-boys jacket that gives the whole thing a chic, prep school vibe.

Saint Laurent ‘Cassandra Medium Shoulder Bag’ – $2,895.00
The history behind the ‘YSL’ Cassandra line is an interesting one – it’s actually named after Adolphe Mouron Cassandre, the man who designed the iconic ‘YSL’ logo seen here on the bag’s front.
A part of me can’t help but wonder if Taylor felt kinship to a bag that also shared a name with Cassandra, of Greek myth fame who was doomed to utter prophecies that no one would believe. The poetry of that possibility really strikes me as it feels almost assured that the next (Taylor’s Version) re-record release will be reputation – an album that of course has roots in a famed phone call gone wrong where Taylor told the truth and no one believed her. Too stretchy? Or totally plausible? Would love your thoughts!
Regardless, I love the sleek lines and chain detailing on this bag. But what I love most – if my eyes aren’t deceiving me – is this gorgeous green leather colour.

Sézane ‘Jessie Brown Python Print Loafers’ – $265.00
Taylor once again showing off her love of a good repeat, rewearing her Sézane python loafers. In this instance, I think their chunky heel offsets the boxy shape of her coat and dress nicely.

The Eras Tour | Lover section | Version 4
Versace ‘Greca Goldtone & Crystal Necklace’ – $1,295.00
With each new iteration of Taylor’s Versace bodysuits to kick off the Eras Tour, she takes the time to accessorize with a coordinating necklace – all also by Versace to coordinate.
I loved how these crystals coordinate beautifully with the tones in V4 of the bodysuit.

Prada ’Re-Nylon Re-Edition 2005 Shoulder Bag’ – $1,776.00
Given tonights concert cancellation, Taylor opted to grab dinner out in Argentina for her night off. She carried a new-to-her Prada bag. This one is a re-edition of the brand’s iconic silhouette from 2005.

Miu Miu ‘Pleated Check Mini Skirt’ – sold out
I am an ardent supporter of formula outfits and have definitely worn a combination of this ‘fit myself. I think this iteration with flat chunky boots with a shorter shaft height are a more balanced (and trendy) iteration of the black sandwich style + plaid mini skirt outfit than the last time we saw this combo on her.
If this particular skirt looks familiar to you it’s because Taylor liked it and so she got it in a different colour after wearing this in a plaid iteration just last week – another closet approach I am personally guilty of.

The Eras Tour | Lover section | Version 4
Versace custom bodysuit and blazer
Christian Louboutin custom boots
Welcome back to the Eras Tour! After a two-ish month break, Taylor picked up where the US/Mexico dates of the Eras Tour left off at the end of the summer with a rousing first of three shows in Buenos Aires, Argentina – and with it, new costuming!
I’ve mentioned previously that while I suspect the Eras Tour setlist will remain largely the same on all international legs of this tour, that one is never safe from outfit variations. On past tours, Taylor has introduced new versions all throughout the length of a tour.
This particular bodysuit is Version 4 of her opening costuming – and is quite possibly the best (or at least top two for me). This version feels very, “Hi Barbie!” in the very best way. I love the pink shades here that are a great nod to Lover candy coated sunset colouring while still also feeling rich and dramatic.
There’s also a certain wonderful power and confidence in wearing a vivid pink sparkly blazer Elle Woods and Barbie would be proud of to perform “The Man”.
