Probably the most obvious: what do you think about the upkeep Taylor must do because of her bangs, seeing as her hair is naturally curly?

Y’know, my former fashion editors used to tell me all the time that their blunt bangs were such a hassle that they eventually switched back to sideswept because they couldn’t handle it. But I’ve had blunt bangs since December 2012 now and I’ve never had a problem. I just carry a mini comb with me and comb them out if they get too piece-y. But most mornings it’s just comb and go.

As for Taylor’s upkeep, I’m assuming she gets blowouts done frequently to keep her hair that pinstraight so probably just a quick straighten every morning and obviously frequent trims.

I don’t necessarily miss her curly her, I just think it was perfect on her and wish I knew how she did it.

So agreed. The curls were lovely on her. As for accomplishing it, it depends on your own hair’s texture. But essentially it’s a ¾-1" curling iron all over your head. Hold the iron close to your head, take a small section of hair and curl the section around the barrel towards your crown (away from your face). Seriously after 20-30 minutes frequently you’ll develop serious upper body strength (ish).

And of course when using heat styling always use a heat protectant! Always!
