Following a hunch, Taylor actually previously wore this same artist the last time she wore latex in a music video — “Bad Blood”. 

Taylor’s appears to be customized with a few more slits in the bodice.

Mystery solved! This angel wing ring that Taylor has worn multiple times throughout the last year was likely gifted to her by Victoria’s Secret senior creative Ed Razek for her participation in several Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows. 

Every Victoria’s Secret Angel also owns this same ring – so Taylor is basically an unofficial Angel.
