Jimmy Choo ‘Madison Strappy Sandal’ – not yet available

Perhaps taking a hint from her best friend Selena Gomez who wore these same sandals in the pictured black, Taylor chose Jimmy Choo’s ‘Madison’ sandal to accessorize her strapless gold dress. Her jewels of the night were provided by Lorraine Schwartz.

Congrats to Taylor for picking up four AMAs!

Taylor showed up looking sexy in a sparkly mini by Julien McDonald to tonight’s AMA ceremony where she will be presenting and is nominated for five awards.

In typical demure Taylor style – how does she manage it with such a short hemline? – the triangular cutout was smoothed over with a nude lining.

Cynthia Steffe Spring 2009 RTW

With her then-trademark curls swept over one shoulder, Taylor took the floaty, girly route to the BMI Pop Awards back in 2009 in this white strapless mini dress. As a genre-hopping artist, she also attended the country BMI’s later that year in a decidedly more sexy dress.

2009 MTV Music Video Awards | September 13, 2009

Kaufmanfranco Resort 2009

One of the most infamous nights in Taylor’s career. This awards show brought us KanyeGate when Kanye West stepped up onto the stage to cut short Taylor’s acceptance speech.

That moment went on to inspire the song “Innocent” which she performed at the same event a year later.

As Taylor would say: “Life is full of little interruptions.”
