As suspected by many of you, the brand has confirmed that Taylor is wearing Pat McGrath’s pigmented matte lipstick/glitter press kit combo to create the bold lip seen in the music video.

Taylor’s makeup artist Lorrie Turk is no stranger to this kind of look, as she employed a more candy apple version of this in another recent music video for client Kacey Musgraves.

Anastasia ‘Liquid Lipstick in Sad Girl’ – $20.00

After many requests, I can now confirm the lipstick that Taylor wore to debut her bleached hair on the red carpet. 

The brand Anastasia Beverly Hills took to SnapChat today to confirm that Taylor’s makeup artist Lorrie Turk used their dark cherry liquid lipstick on Taylor at the Met Gala.

Chanel ‘Le Vernis Black Satin Nail Polish’ – $27.00

Manicurist Alicia Torello worked on Taylor’s nails for her spread in Vogue Australia. Alicia was kind enough to let me know which shades she used for both Taylor’s manicure and pedicure for the shoot. Her nude mauve shade was by Essie, which contrasted starkly with her darker pedicure courtesy of Chanel.

The funny thing about the makeup for this photoshoot is that this was Taylor’s first foray into red lips.

Taylor arrived to the set of the shoot wearing eyeliner and mascara that the shoot’s makeup artist Gucci Westman took off. 

When Taylor was told she would be rocking an extremely strong red lip and minimum eye makeup she said, “I’m excited about doing red lips — I’ve never done them before!" 

How little did she know.
