Kat Maconie ‘Pammy Platform Sandals’ – $360.00

As some of you may know, I am a lover of ankle strap heels. 

As some of you may also know, I am not a lover of platform heels. 

So where does my heart stand on these platform ankle strap heels? 

… Kinda love them. And they’re just one part of an equation that I would like to refer to as a perfectly coordinated outfit. It balances saccharine without being too sweet, fun without being too twee, and is era on brand. What do you think?

(Also props to me for accidentally namedropping the album title).

IRO Paris ‘Sequin Shorts’ – $408.00 $236.00 (on sale) 

While Taylor’s look here is a lot of pink, she keeps the look interesting by not only playing with silhouette (a long, boxy blazer; tucked in blouse; voluminous shorts) but also with texture (a wool, a silk, and a sequin) as well as different tones within the same colour family (peach, pink, rose gold, bubblegum). It’s a lot of Lewk, but in my opinion it all works. 

I’ll get to those shoes in a hot sec.

IRO Paris ‘Sequin Shorts’ – $408.00 $236.00 (on sale) 

While Taylor’s look here is a lot of pink, she keeps the look interesting by not only playing with silhouette (a long, boxy blazer; tucked in blouse; voluminous shorts) but also with texture (a wool, a silk, and a sequin) as well as different tones within the same colour family (peach, pink, rose gold, bubblegum). It’s a lot of Lewk, but in my opinion it all works. 

I’ll get to those shoes in a hot sec.

You’d think that a pattern mixed with sequins and a tone on tone pink look would be too much … but I still love it.

Self Portrait ‘Floral Twist Neck Mini Dress’ – $390.00

Be still my beating heart. As some of you may know, in addition to green I am a sucker for Blondes In Yellow™. And Taylor served that up beautifully today with this spring forward yellow mini dress. Keeping her hair up was a wise choice given the long sleeves and twisted neck detail. 

If I were to nitpick, a pair of pastel pink sandals would have been my styling choice. But I’m not one to look a golden gifthorse in the mouth.
