I was super excited in this photoshoot to see Taylor wearing her favoured porkpie hat that she loves in candids. For some reason, her hats always seem to make the outfit for me in her street style? 

In this case, they bring this gold tweed look from Chanel — a French brand I greatly admire — from runway to cool girl. I love the gold against Taylor’s skintone and hair as well as the more minimal take on makeup, especially her lips, but I’m wondering how the retouching went so awry on her face?

Worn with: Free People hat and Giuseppe Zanotti boots

Michael Kors ‘Sheer Back Cut Out Column Gown’ – $4595.00 $2767.00

You guys. I … I can’t believe I am actually typing out the words “Taylor swift in a green gown.” As many of you are aware I may have had on my wishlist for the better part of two years seeing Taylor in a green gown. Not mint, but a bright, brilliant, beautiful emerald.

I am not lying when I tell you that I actually cried tears of joy that Taylor actually wore green on a red carpet in my lifetime as a blogger.

The bronzed makeup, the utter lack of jewelry allows this minimalist, beautiful, Michael Kors gown with illusion panels at the neck and torso cut out to truly shine.

Nevermind the fact that Taylor looks about fifty feet tall, I’m just so emotional because her in a green gown is pretty much all I have ever dreamed of. I wonder if she knows that?

Anyway. I’m so happy.
