Given the proportions and cut, I could have easily seen this sequinned blazer on the 1989 Tour costume circuit. Or, at least, worn while performing a song off the album. 

That said, Taylor dons her final Jessica Jones custom bodysuit (to be revealed in full next) underneath a sparkly sequin jacket and her final pair of Louboutin boots.

Reputation Tour | “Don’t Blame Me” + “Long Live”/“New Year’s Day” | [8/10]

For a chilling performance of “Don’t Blame Me” (possibly my favourite performance on the tour) as well as a heartfelt mashup set on the piano, Taylor wears a custom embellished gown by Jessica Jones. Given the dramatic swooping cut on the hemline, I originally thought this gown was a one-legged jumpsuit. I now almost wish it was! 

I kind of dig the 70s vibes with the pumped up shoulders on this.

For a chilling performance of “Don’t Blame Me” (possibly my favourite performance on the tour) as well as a heartfelt mashup set on the piano, Taylor wears a custom embellished gown by Jessica Jones. Many of you accurately predicted that there may be some layer removing aspect of Taylor’s performance of “Dress”. For this song (and one of my faves off the album), she added on a sheer belted over her previous snakeprint bodysuit, playfully removing it during the performance. 

As per my points on the bodysuit underneath, this was probably my favourite tour costume.

Reputation Tour | “Delicate”/“Shake It Off” | [4/10]

While it isn’t the Ashish number I predicted, I think I’ll still take points for this outfit being 1. Rainbow 2. Fringed 3. Sparkly. 

It’s a delight to see Taylor continue her love for all things rainbow as it’s a fun and funny contrast to the dark, moody look that a lot of the era’s other calling cards (snakes, camo, distressing).
