Greg Lauren ‘Destroyed Tango Dress’ – no listing available
Taylor’s corset and lace dress is by Greg Lauren. I really dig the rocker chick vibe from this look and it’s almost a sexier, five shots in a bar grown up version of her “All Too Well” RED Tour look.
According to the brand, Taylor’s dress was artfully destroyed using paint, ink, cigarettes, coffee and fire. I told you it was a hardcore dress.
Also? I want to let Taylor know that her speech accepting Artist of the Year made me cry. It’s true, darling. We have all never ever felt closer to you and I know that all of us feel happier and more loved than we have ever felt knowing that you are in our lives. Really, truly in our lives. Not just your music, not just your words, but you. And knowing that is absolutely everything. There aren’t enough madly scribbled notes on the backs of New York maps that I could leave you to let you know how much you mean to us. So thank you for everything. We appreciate you. The adoration. Is. Mutual.
Worn with: Wolford tights and Christian Louboutin boots

Kaufmanfranco Fall 2015
While I didn’t make any formal predictions for this awards show, I did correctly guess that her dress for tonight would be 1. Mini 2. Have cutouts 3. Sparkly.
Though I was hoping for some colour tonight and I’ve made it known that glitter/sparkly dresses aren’t my thing, I do think this is a great look for Taylor.
Her hair looks better than it’s been in ages and her body is slamming! I’m glad she went with a dark mani on this night too as it really vamps up her monochrome look. I do feel like something is missing, though and I could have used an extra oomph with this one. Can’t quite put my finger on it but otherwise I’m loving this classic LBD situation for such a newbie awards ceremony.
Update: A sequin-less gown version of Taylor’s dress is available via Shopbop for $3995.00.
Worn with: Rachel Katz + Porter Lyons rings, Emm Kuo clutch and Tamara Mellon heels
