Taylor walked the red carpet at The Giver world premiere wearing this colour block satin gown by Monique Lhuillier. I’ve always expressed that Monique’s trademark feminine elegance is something I would love to see Taylor in more often.

The unconventional pairing of bright cherry red and soft blush may seem strange, but I think Taylor pulls it off well. With understated accessories and perfect hair and makeup it allows the quietly elegant gown to speak on its own. 

I’m also definitely getting some serious flashback vibes to her similar colour-block Carolina Herrera gown from the 2014 Golden Globes.

13 Hour Meet & Greet | Nashville, TN | June 13, 2010

Christian Cota Spring 2010

As part of the 2010 CMA Music Festival, Taylor held an event to greet fans for thirteen hours at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Taylor actually extended the event for a total of 15 hours, just to make sure she could meet everyone.

For the event (and accompanying performances), Taylor wore this beautiful floral dress by Christian Cota.

As part of the 2010 CMA Music Festival, Taylor held an event to greet fans for thirteen hours at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Taylor actually extended the event for a total of 15 hours, just to make sure she could meet everyone.

Letting her strapless red dress take the spotlight, Taylor styled the rest of her outfit only with these Louboutin pumps presented in a burnt gold shade from the pictures.

During a press conference where Taylor discussed the final weeks of the RED Tour and how she’s looking forward to the material for her upcoming fifth album, she wore this gingham dress by Michael Kors. I love the subtle lines on the bodice.

Christian Louboutin ‘Satin Kitten Heels’

These particular Louboutins never appeared to be up for sale, but Taylor selected them to continue the 50s housewife theme her soft floral dress and hair created as she supported her good friend Hailee Steinfeld’s film.

I personally very deeply disliked both Taylor and Hailee’s ensembles from this red carpet. Both can and have done better.
