BCBG Max Azria ‘Purple Cocktail Dress’ – no longer available
So young here, but look how beautiful this jewel tone of purple is on Tay! As one might have guessed, given the time period, her dress here is by BCBG. Taylor definitely favoured a lot of dresses by Max Azria in her self-titled and pre-Fearless days.

Memories! I definitely remember the days when Taylor used to sharpie a heart on her foot as a “test” for a tattoo idea that never came to fruition. The colour of this dress also looks great on her.

Way back when Taylor first started her career two things remained constant: her music videos were directed by Trey Fanjoy and her dresses were custom created by Scott Borchetta’s wife Sandi Spika. This dress went along with Taylor’s penchant for wanting to look like she was going to the prom at all times.
Can you believe this is the same person who showed up to last year’s Grammys looking like this?
