While the belt these pants originally come with would have been nice to see I ultimately don’t think I miss the tie-waist and can appreciate the overall minimal outfit as presented.

IRO Paris ‘Sequin Shorts’ – $408.00 $236.00 (on sale) 

While Taylor’s look here is a lot of pink, she keeps the look interesting by not only playing with silhouette (a long, boxy blazer; tucked in blouse; voluminous shorts) but also with texture (a wool, a silk, and a sequin) as well as different tones within the same colour family (peach, pink, rose gold, bubblegum). It’s a lot of Lewk, but in my opinion it all works. 

I’ll get to those shoes in a hot sec.

Worn with: Saint Laurent jacket + blouse and Kat Maconie sandals
