Uncharacteristically delicate jewelry completed Taylor’s accessories at the 2013 CMT Music Awards. That, combined with the odd prescence of booties with her flowing Elie Saab dress, pinned updo and red manicure made for an unusual styling situation.

Last June when Taylor performed at the CMT Music Awards she also premiered the first major performance of then-single (and album namesake) “Red”.
With the long swishing train and shorts combination reminiscient of her “The Lucky One” outfit and a sparkly bustier similar to the “You Belong With Me” costume, I love the definitive styling of the RED era across all parts of her performing.

To coordinate with the black and white nature of her bodycon Hervé Léger bandage dress, Taylor selected a wristful of edgy black and silver bracelets as well as two larger statement rings (as is the usual protocol with Taylor’s jewelry).
Taylor also wore a simple pair of large open tear-drop earrings by Lorraine Schwartz but her hair prevented me from getting a good enough shot of them.

All of Taylor’s jewels the night of the Fragrance Foundation Awards which included these stunning swirled earrings and a statement ring were provided by one of Taylor’s favourite jewelers – Lorraine Scwhartz.
The rest of her beauty look called for kohl-rimmed eyes, a soft nude lip and heavy blue liner applied to her lower lash line. Her peachy statement ring was also coordinated to match her pink-y nails.
