I’m sorry for the second photo, I normally would provide a closer-up photo of Taylor posing on the red carpet. However, it appears that Taylor left her car when she arrived at the awards ceremony wearing this Ofira bar bracelet and then opted to take it off before actually walking the carpet.

I actually think that was a smart decision as it acts as a really weird distractor that doesn’t work with the flowing skirt and lace inserts of this Elie Saab gown. Her floral Lorraine Schwartz earrings were just enough glitz on their own.

Unsurprisingly, Taylor was decked out for the night by her favourite jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.

While I’m kind of iffy on those bullseye-esque double-drop earrings, that ruby cocktail ring is undeniably stunning and really makes the dark vampy red lip and mani work for the look.

Worn with: Julien MacDonald gown, Emm Kuo clutch and Tamara Mellon heels

Green Lorraine Schwartz earrings and two round sparkling rings were Taylor’s choice jewelry pieces for the night. Sadly, those pretty jade earrings are at odds with her rings.

Even though the prescence of red is really what’s throwing me off here, I will say that I loved Lorrie Turk’s eye makeup on Taylor. I’m particularly a fan of that hit of light pearly shadow to brigthen her inner eye and her dewy foundation.

To coordinate with the black and white nature of her bodycon Hervé Léger bandage dress, Taylor selected a wristful of edgy black and silver bracelets as well as two larger statement rings (as is the usual protocol with Taylor’s jewelry).

Taylor also wore a simple pair of large open tear-drop earrings by Lorraine Schwartz but her hair prevented me from getting a good enough shot of them.

Heavy drop earrings by Lorraine Schwartz and a large statement ring by the same jeweler were her accessories for that night. For her beauty look, a pretty pink lip and sparkly amethyst liner, falsies and a subtly silver-y smoky eye completed her first red carpet turn at the Globes.
