Madewell ‘Larsen Blazer in Leather’ – $548.00

This is a great example of Taylor dressing to formula. While we haven’t seen her in this exact combination before, to me it struck a similar note to her KC Chiefs vs NY Jets game ensemble which also comprised of a few, key similar components: Statement leather topper, simple black top, contrasting short bottoms, complementary leather boots.

While that outfit felt like a hot summer evening outfit, the colour palette here firmly establishes it into ‘fall’ territory.

Worn with: Jacquie Aiche earrings + Foundrae necklace charm, Mazin Jewelry necklace + Foundrae chain, Hunting Season bag, Acne Studios skirt, and Gianvito Rossi boots

Madewell ‘Slim Emmett Wide-Leg Crop Pants’ – $88.00 $54.99 (15% off!)

Taylor executed a fun and rich mixture of fall colours into one single ‘fit. A deep purple hat, rust-toned pants, and velvet burgundy flats. Interestingly, I’ve found that Taylor’s propensity at unique colour palette development to be one of her style strengths. This iconic unconventional pairing from 2011 still lives rent free in my mind all these years later, for instance. 

Worn with: Stella McCartney coat and Le Monde Beryl flats

Madewell ‘Space Dye Dodworth Pullover’ – $98.00 $69.99

The trailer for the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards was published today with this cameo by Taylor announcing her involvement in the show. She appropriately wore this space dye sweater from Madewell — every sweater is dyed individually making every sweater’s striping unique, hence the difference from Taylor’s to the stock image — which I am guessing she may have worn to reference Attitude magazine being the U.K.’s best selling LGBTQ publication.

Madewell ‘Heart Rock Friendship Bracelet’ – $26.00

Taylor made an appearance at the “Cruel Summer” mural in Brooklyn during her opening week of Lover promo. In true Taylor fashion, she showed her pure connection with her fans by keeping on a friendship bracelet that was gifted to her by a fan earlier. 

The chain bracelet she is wearing alongside this Madewell one was actually handmade by a fan’s mom and also gifted to Taylor.
