Valentino Fall 2010

Heavily inspired by the 60s rock’n’roll scene Glamour senior fashion editor Maggie Mann cited Bob Dylan as a major influence for the styling on this shoot. I would have to say with the sheeny fabric of this sheer-sleeve and embellished-cuff Valentino dress that they hit the nail pretty much on the head. With that teased bouffant of hair and heavily lined eyes Taylor looks like she could be leaving a concert from back in the day.

Jason Wu Resort 2011

In a distinctively more mannish interpretation on Jason Wu’s summery Parisian look from his Resort 2011 collection – a tweed skirt was swapped out for a pair of stirrup leggings for that consistent throwback feel.

Worn with: L’Agence leggings and Christian Louboutin pumps

Prada Fall 2010

These textured jewel heels – featuring a pointed toe and a red bow – were taken from the finale look of Prada’s Fall 2010 collection. I find myself really missing Taylor’s usual red lip here in this look. Another red accessory (like a manicure or a red belt) would have helped to enhance the bow on these pointed pumps.
