A little bit Miu Miu and Chanel vibes, but ultimately Taylor turned to one of her favourite brands for her appearance on Jimmy Fallon tonight.

Taking a step back and comparing her two lewks, I appreciate how fresh and distinctly different both are while still maintaining the same beauty and bangs. Going on opposite ends of the spectrum (white and gold / black and silver) also keeps each lewk very contained and separate.

The slightly retro shift silhouette and embellished details keep this prim and polished. Again, I am all about that volumized pony.

A classy coordinating pair of gold pumps with the sleeve and collar embellishments of her dress. Crisp and classic.

I also love the kicky ponytail and very much admire the quick changes between the two appearances.

Aquazzura ‘Love Link 105 Crystal Embellished Slingback Pumps’ – $1,095.00

I am way too big of a Meghan Markle fan to not be able to recognize an Aquazzura pointed pump upon sight.

I’m loving this more mature and modern take on Taylor’s then-iconic RED (2012) style. It feels very polished and appropriate for the stage of life she’s at. But the fresh bangs, the red lip, an LBD and a hot pair of heels really were all I needed from her today.

In a heartwarming post, Taylor recreated a photo that throws it back all the way to the original run of RED (2012). I don’t know about you but I’m so ready to throw myself headfirst into the nostalgia of this album that has meant so much for so long.

It needs to be said that I’ve been quietly amassing my own dedicated white sweater collection and as I type this caption I, too, am in a white sweater looking forward to RED season.

I love this very warm and lovely knit on Taylor – and kudos to her swoopy bangs looking very fresh.
