Saint Laurent ‘Candy Suede Platform Boots’ – $995.00

Exiting her NYC apartment with a number of umbrellas, Tay appears to be wearing a new pair of Saint Laurent suede boots (plus a “Style”-friendly tight little skirt). The laces are just barely discernible in the photos.

Saint Laurent ‘SL/39 Floral Tapestry Platform Sneakers’ – sold out

More sneakers! I love how the print on these casual shoes somehow combine a lot of Taylor’s previous signature style points with her current. 

The silhouette (a flat sneaker) is on-trend with her latest love of casual footwear during what I’ve come to call The Lost Era of style, while the retro/vintage floral print speaks to the sentiments of her RED Era style.

Worn with: Sequin Jewelry choker, Bishop + Young romper and Bandolier bag

Saint Laurent Fall 2016

Before landing on the Yves Saint Laurent dress I ultimately went with for my TSS Predictions post I came about this || close to choosing this sparkly jumpsuit instead. At the time, I thought it would be way too far out of left field for Taylor. At this point, I should have known to never count Tay out of anything.

In any case, I am going to call this one a win in my category for correctly guessing the collection and brand Taylor would wear tonight.

Saint Laurent ‘Candy Sandals in Tan Suede’ – $895.00

I love the injection of the French brand into Taylor’s candid wardrobe, but I have never been a fan of chunky heels.

These would not be my shoe of choice to pair with that fantastic coat.
