Saint Laurent ‘Court Classic Fringed Sneaker in Hazelnut Suede’ – $895.00

After wearing them to Ellie Goulding’s concert just a few nights prior, Taylor restyled these fringed sneakers for a daytime lunch with the same camo jacket she accessorized them with previously.

I never thought I’d see Taylor rocking a style like this, but for those wishing to see Taylor in cute and casual/laidback outfits, how does this fare for you?

I think I can dig it. The sneakers do fit the vibe of the outfit, though as I’ve said previously I think my personal preference would be a more put-together fringed ankle boot in the same colour.

Saint Laurent ‘Court Classic Fringed Sneaker in Hazelnut Suede’ – $895.00

After a little bit of further inspection, I could actually easily see this outfit on Shay Mitchell’s character from Pretty Little Liars (the early years). From what I remember, Emily’s style tended towards this kind of athletic, easy, laidback aesthetic. 

That being said, if Taylor had just swapped her fringed sneakers for Saint Laurent’s fringed ankle boots I would be a little more swoon-y about this outfit. 

Taylor also accessorized with her anniversary locket from Calvin.

While not much better for budget, these similar sneakers are about half the price of Tay’s exacts:

Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate Patent Burgundy Heels’ – $675.00

I can spot a pair of ‘So Kate’s from about a mile away and I love that Taylor opted to wear these sexy pointed pumps to finish off her outfit. Again, I know it’s become very easy to knock Taylor for the way she chooses to accessorize her outfits – but this one for a date night was perfect head to toe. 

As an aside, this is an extremely adorable and sweet photo of Taylor. The way the pap caught her looking up at Calvin is very sweet. 

Worn with: Missguided dress and Louis Vuitton bag

Topshop ‘Magnum Heeled Boots’ – $130.00 (sold out)

If you’re a longtime TSS-er, you’ve no doubt seen Taylor wear these boots on the streets of London and New York. Now, they hit L.A.’s shopping district after Taylor had a private shopping stint at Saint Laurent’s Los Angeles location.

While I know a lot of us are quick (sometimes too quick) to point out Taylor’s odd shoe choices, I think we can all agree this was the perfect choice to finish off her tough badass biker chick ensemble.

Worn with: SOIA & KYO jacket, Saint Laurent bag and Frame Denim jeans

Also worn: Shopping on Regent Street and leaving her apartment (May 28)

Long-time TSS-ers should recognize these heels! They’re a killer (and sadly sold out) older pair of Louboutins that Taylor first wore back in 2013!
