Charlotte Olympia ‘Gretchen Heel’ – no longer available

So, if you guys follow Taylor Swift Style Questions (where I answer all of your guys’ questions about Taylor’s style! I know, that title is so misleading) you may know that on multiple occasions (x/x/x/x) I have screamed wildly guessed about these platform contrast-heel pumps that Taylor wore back in October. I had always theorized that they were by Charlotte Olympia. 

And. I. Was. Right. 

These shoes were from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection.

While some may focus on Taylor being hand in hand with Calvin what I’m focusing on are these iconic legging boots — instantly recognizable by Tamara Mellon.

Miu Miu ‘Suede Peep Toe Pumps’ – $595.00 (no longer available)

Did a pair of shoes seriously just make me emotional? 

Yes. Yes they did. 

I never thought these heels would see the light of day again, but they are coincidentally a pair I feel a strong connection to because Taylor first wore them on October 13, 2011 — the day that TSS was born. It was one of the first IDs I ever made and the fact that they are resurfacing for the first time four years later is just crazy to me!

Did a pair of shoes seriously just make me emotional?
