Taylor Guitars ‘Grand Auditorium Custom Guitar’ – $9318.00+
Taylor has had this guitar since her childhood and is a custom Presentation Series Grand Auditorium acoustic guitar. Composed of Taylor’s signature koa wood, this acoustic has also been fitted with a Byzantine inlay in the neck – another of Taylor’s signatures – as well as her name and a Florentine cutaway.
A standard Grand Auditorium runs for the above retailed price, but Taylor’s is easily worth a few thousand more than that with all her modiciations.
Worn with: Susan Hilferty custom dress and Arika Nerguiz heels
Also worn: RED Tour

Taylor Guitars ‘All Koa Tenor Ukulele’ – $8,998.00
This instrument actually has a fairly interesting story behind it. As we all know, Taylor has been an avid collector and devoted user of Taylor guitars ever since she was a teenager.
Taylor Guitars relaunched their program called Builder’s Reserve in 2012 and Taylor’s ukulele is from their IV set – along with a matching koa acoustic guitar that it retails together with as a pair. Only 30 sets of this handmade duo of guitars has ever been crafted.
Since koa has been Taylor’s go-to wood from Taylor Guitars it was a pretty obvious choice for her to play this one while on tour.
According to Ukulele Underground, when these ukuleles were originally being built, three prototypes were crafted. One went to Bob Taylor, one of the owners of Taylor Guitars, and the other two went to Taylor.
Taylor further customized her ukulele by adding ‘Byzantine’ inlays into the neck and abalone trim around the guitar’s face.
