Favourite Outfits of 2016: Taylor Swift Style

Event —#TOMMYNOW Runway Show

Is it cheating if you base one of your favourite outfits of the year just on the shoes alone? No?

Excellent. I knew you guys had my back.

Sure, there were comparisons to “Sailor Swift” given the rest of her outfit bears strong similarity to a Sailor Moon costume, but the berry lip and those beyond fierce OTK Weitzman boots are pretty much all I see.

And I’m okay with that.

I said it when it happened, and I’ll say it again:

I wouldn’t change a thing.

Not only had I been yearning to see Taylor wear Alexandre Vauthier on multiple occasions, but when she finally served up some of this designer’s excellence it came complete with a stunning plunging neckline, to-die-for minimalist strappy heels and the perfect amount of shine.

I’m also extremely comfortable calling this outfit out as the fashionable highlight of Taylor’s 2016. By a landslide.
