Topshop ‘Armour Sequin Pelmet Skirt’ – $170.00
Almost disco-inspired, I can easily see this skirt transitioning to a fun night out with a pair of ankle-strap heels and a simple sheer black top. Instead, in the spread, it’s downplayed by a fuzzy oversized sweater and ankle boots.

Sandro ‘Sparks Wide Plaid Print Mohair Sweater’ – $375.00
I’m a big fan of contrasts when it comes to styling so I really admire the combination of fuzzy, soft, warm mohair combined with a short sequinned skirt and casual cool leather ankle boots.

A large statement turquoise ring followed by smaller versions in a variety of other colours, all by Eddie Borgo, were Tay’s jewels in this set up.
I love the turquoise ring as turquoise accessories always tend to enliven an outfit.

Ordinarily, VB is designed for the minimalist, mature, trendsetting woman. Cast in tailored silhouettes and sleek designs. This collared vintage-inspired dress is something more I would expect from an online brand like Modcloth.
It’s still a retro piece that works well on Taylor.
