As suspected, Taylor’s performance ensemble for her second outing of “ME!” was by longtime costume collaborator Jessica Jones. 

While I love that we’re seeing Taylor fully embrace and experiment with colour (I love how her makeup took cues from her ensemble and included a pink shadow and dramatic lashes). However, I can’t say I’m a fan of the striped embellished detailing or the haphazard thick fringe hem. A solid skirt at a short length or this dress made into a bodysuit with a solid skirt layered on top would have been preferable.

Alaïa ‘Glitter Embellished Skirt’ – $2154.00 (sold out)

While I love all-black outfits I think I would have preferred a single LBD as opposed to two patterned/glittery top and skirt combo. 

This matching Alaîa ensemble with both collared shirt and cut out skirt (in forest green) would have been an edgy/feminine choice. Or either of these two printed LBDs (x, x) would also have made excellent options. 

I even love this burnt burgundy plissé dress option. 

Worn with: Red C Jewels earrings and Azzedine Alaia top
