1989 Tour | Surprise Song/”Clean”/”Love Story” | [6/11]

Though short-lived, Taylor briefly wore this custom set by designer Jessica Jones for the first few shows of the 1989 Tour for her acoustic set on the b-stage.

It was soon after replaced by the crystal-trim white co-ord and thigh-high boots ensemble.

1989 Tour | “I Know Places”/”All You Had To Do Was Stay” | [5/11]

What first began as an outfit Taylor wore solely for “I Know Places” and “All You Had To Do Was Stay” has quickly grown to be Taylor’s longest-wearing costume on the tour.

After getting rid of her original b-stage ensemble (another Jessica Jones custom two-piece), Taylor now wears this crystal-trim and garter set for her surprise acoustic song set as well as “Clean”, “Love Story” and acts as one of her Surprise Guest outfits.

This is also the only outfit on the tour that Taylor does not have alternate versions of.

Worn with: Stuart Weitzman boots

Rails ‘Hunter Long Sleeve Button Down in Wine/Ivory’ – $137.00

Taylor Swift wore plaid.

Which basically means it’s now officially fall.

Chances are, when Taylor wears a checked shirt, it’s by the comfy brand Rails. She continued this streak in an adorable outfit from last night’s Loft. Nice to see her turning off the co-ord switch for something different with the change of season.

1989 Tour | “How You Get the Girl” | [4/11] | Versions 1 + 2

Asher Levine custom

“Bad Blood” music video costumer Asher Levine custom-created Taylor’s light-up top and skirt (as well her dozen back-up dancers suits) for the adorable lite-brite performance of “How You Get the Girl.”

Personally, this track has never been a favourite of mine but I really loved the charming performance for the tour. It made me like the song a little bit more!

During the later tour dates, Taylor switched the original tank version of this light-up top to a bandeau-style one.
