Happy New Year TSS-ers!/TSS 2014 Outfits

Happy New Year you guys! I just wanted to make a text post again thanking all of you guys so much for your support and kind words over the last year. It’s meant everything to me!

Also! Just wanted to mention how loooong the process was this year to narrow down my candids for the TSS 2014 outfits list down to only 15. I had so much fun trying to narrow things down and there were a lot of outfits that just barely didn’t make the cut!

I hope you all had a chance to check out the TSS Favourite Outfits of 2014 list. I’d love to hear what you thought about what I thought, so let me know if you think there was something missing or if you agreed with me!

Favourite Outfits of 2014: tayswiftstyle.com

Candid – November 20, New York City

There was no contest when it came to making sure this outfit was included in the end-of-year list. Very chic and put together, this is another example of Taylor’s expert fall dressing. I love how all of the colours are incorporated together, those heeled ankle boots are perfect and her choice in lippy was the perfect finishing touch and a refreshing change of pace from her favoured red.

Candid – November 20, New York City

When the candids for this outfit were released I knew that it would find a way on the end-of-year list. The tights, the perfect fall outfit palette, the ankle boots, the hat, the interesting choice of layering. Definitely one of my favourite fall outfits for Tay.

Candid – October 11, London

When the candids for this outfit were released I knew that it would find a way on the end-of-year list. The tights, the perfect fall outfit palette, the ankle boots, the hat, the interesting choice of layering. Definitely one of my favourite fall outfits for Tay.

Candid – October 9, London

Could I have cheated here and simply included the Timo Weiland top + skirt and Jimmy Choo booties under the promo tour category seeing as Taylor wore this outfit (sans coat and hat) during her Capital FM Interview?

Yes. 

But it would have been wrong considering how infinitely better the addition of that gloriously colourful Novis coat and cool-girl hat make the outfit. 

I died over this outfit. I die over it again.

Candid – October 9, London

Candid – September 17, Beverly Hills

I battled back and forth between this outfit and this one from only ten days prior while Taylor was in London. Both see Taylor rocking a boho vibe: a lacy dress tied together neatly with a structured bag, hat and ankle boots.

For me, the more coordinated styling seen in this California outing with Karlie Kloss was the winner. While black accessories would have been the more logical choice given the colour of the slip she layered underneath her FP lacy dress, she at least paired her green D&G bag with an equally green pair of ankle boots.
