I’m not quite sure what it is about this outfit that has me so enamoured? Because when you break it down there’s nothing overtly ‘special’ about it. Maybe it’s the hat. Maybe it’s the killer lace-up booties. Maybe she just looks so cool girl in an alleyway on a hot summer’s day I just can’t take it?
I don’t know what it is but I just am really fascinated by this simply styled outfit.

It isn’t often that Taylor wears something as peachy as this, so when she finally gave this adorable pink-hued top and skirt another run this summer I was so happy. Looking at her, she just looks so sweet. Tanned skin, perfectly styled with nude accessories.
As much as I love Taylor in all-black, accessorized with cool hats or layering she also looks ever-so darling in saccharine outfits like this.

When these candids got released I basically dreamily sighed over the presented colour palette of sweet, soft pastels.
Shades of nude, white, baby blue and that soft pop of colour from the yellow inserts in her heels — all just so pretty.
I also love the sense of detail in this outfit. Her Trina Turk blouse features a contrast leatherette collar (if you’ve been a TSS-er long enough you know I’m a sucker for leather contrasted with softer fabrics), the stitching on her Miu Miu skirt adds visual intrigue and the aforementioned yellow inserts on her heels spice up an otherwise simple and ladylike pair of pumps.
