Free People ‘Plaid Cocoon Wool Coat’ – 278.00 (no longer available)

Taylor has been absolutely killing it in terms of outerwear lately. Photographed leaving her apartment and on her way to model Gigi Hadid’s place, Taylor wore this colourful (and sadly sold out) Free People coat.

I think this is a great example of having one “statement” piece and letting the rest of your outfit’s styling be a complement. The black accessories all speak to one another and are anchoring neutrals while the scarf and pants tie in to the tones of the jacket so they complement but don’t compete.

Taylor invited fans over to her home in Los Angeles for an exclusive opportunity to listen to her new album, 1989, in full. 

Her adorable outfit featuring her newest obsession with clean lines and plaid skirts included this cute skirt by Free People. I love the Breakfast at Tiffany’s reference in the skirt’s name! 

Coincidentally, the model in the lookbook happens to be wearing a cuffed top that Taylor also owns.
