HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY TAYLOR SWIFT STYLE

Sometimes I think of TSS as a very interesting and crazy time capsule. Not just of Taylor’s life and style, but mine as well. When I started this blog on this day (a very Swiftian one at that) six years ago, I was just into my second year of university and had no idea how to run a blog or even what my own sense of style was. I just knew I was fascinated by Taylor’s and hoped there would be likeminded people out there who were too. Three eras and an appropriately named hit single later, I’m completely stunned and eternally grateful for all that Taylor Swift Style has become.

And that’s down to the amazing people who message, who like, who reblog, who quietly follow from afar. You — the TSS-ers. Thank you for sticking with me and with TSS through fashion takeovers and fashion droughts. 

And even though we’re in a drought, I think it was about time for a bit of a change.

I’m super proud to unveil the new blog layout. I’m so happy with how it turned out and I hope you love it too (even with the inevitable bugs – and if you notice any please drop me a message over on @taylorswiftstylequestions​). I was obviously inspired by Tay’s new dark aesthetic and for those of you who know TSS (and by extension myself) well, you may not be surprised by the secondary colour choice (#sarah reacts to green).

Thank you again for all your love and support. It means everything.

On vacation (April 27-30)

Hey TSS-ers! 

I know not much has been going on in the world of Taylor as of late, but I wanted to keep you all up to speed about the goings-on of my life. I will be heading off-grid for a few days (Thursday, April 27-Sunday, April 30) to go camping to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. If you’ve all been following for long enough you might have guessed that this is an annual pilgrimage. 

I will be without cell reception or web access of any kind, but will be sure to do a catch up on Monday when I’m back! So if you have any burning questions that you want to get out there (or requests for more throwbacks) please shoot them all to @taylorswiftstylequestions. I always love hearing from you guys and coming home to a bunch of messages from you all would be wonderful – especially during these quiet Tay times.
